Return/exchange

we accept returns from any particular reason within 7 days of the item being delivered.

you can exchange the item by Make an appointment at the studio.

or by any delivery option works for you (make sure to provide us with a tracking number), in this case you will get a credits for online purchase.

we wont be responsible for any return or customs charges made.

All items will be inspected on return and must meet the following criteria:

אנחנו מקבלים החזרות מכל סיבה שהיא בתוך 7 ימים מהרגע שהפריט הגיע ליעדו
ניתן להחליף את הפריט ע״י קביעת פגישה בסטודיו
ניתן לבצע החזרה ע״י משלוח או כל אופציה אחרת שנוחה לך ולקבל זיכוי לאתר (חשוב לצרף למשלוח מספר מעקב טלפון ופרטי לקוח)

פרפל פיג לא יהיו אחראיים להוצאות שליחויות מכל סוג שהוא

כל פריט שיוחזר יבדק ויחוייב לעמוד בקריטריונים הבאים

הטיקט המקורי יהיה מחובר לבגד

הפריט יוחזר במצב זהה למצב בו נשלח
